At Critical Role, we want you to love your loot, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn apparel in its original packaging. Please note that limited edition drops and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to print and attach to your original packaging.
Ship the Goods
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our warehouse team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
